The room available sits on the ground floor so plenty of privacy coming and going. It has a large double wardrobe, own ensuite with shower and toilet. It has double doors onto private courtyard. Access to the pool , spa and gym is through garage, also on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor is open plan living and dining. The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms and private bathroom, shower, toilet etc.

I am a teacher and I work at local school. Matt goes to Auckland Uni studying an Engineering degree. Also we have a fury small dog called Neo and a friendly cat called Stevie Nicks.
