We are looking for someone to join our sunny home in Birkdale.

Rent is inclusive of power, gas, water, fibre internet, lawns, and household items (toilet paper, cleaning products etc).

Available to rent is a double bedroom, with big windows, so the room is nice and bright! House has recently been renovated, and fully furnished. All you would need to bring is your bedroom furniture and linen.

Lovely sunny house, with a big front garden and deck - great for relaxing and enjoying a cheeseboard and drinks in the summer sun.

We are a couple (26 & 27) who are working and studying full time. We are social and love a good summer bbq, but also enjoy our home being a chill environment to relax in. We are both clean and tidy and take pride in our home.

Our ideal flat mate is considerate, clean & tidy, responsible, working or studying full time and can pay rent on time.

Bus stop right outside the house, and street parking is available. Lots of local shops close by.
