About the room
The available room is nice and big, with a double wardrobe and plenty of storage, as well as north facing to capture most of the days sun.
The house is fully furnished with heaps of indoor and outdoor living space - front and back lawns, deck and fire pit area. The room itself is yours to furnish.
Bathroom is spacious and shared with only one of the other flatmates. Garden is large with a wonderful deck and plenty of off street parking.
Couples are welcome to apply with the room being rented at $310/week.

We are chill, friendly people who work during the day and enjoy a balance of banter, after work as well as our own interests beyond our home life. Decidedly social without being party animals (love a cuppa and a chin wag). We are looking for someone similar, late 20s- early 40s, who is looking for a clean and easy-going place to live. Must be queer-friendly as this is part of our core.
