The house is located in the Mt Wellington/Ellerslie area within easy access to public transport. It’s quite a spacious room and you will have a shared bathroom with another person upstairs. The room comes with no furnishings Rent is $200pw inclusive of water, electricity and unlimited internet. Bond is $400 and $200 rent for the first week will be required in advance. About the roomies
We are two females in our late 20s. I work full time and my friend studies fulltime at MIT (she will be moving out in late April to go back home and save while studying so her room will be listed as well). We are friendly, easygoing individuals, who love a good series and laugh and also love our alone time here and there.
