Kia Ora everyone,

3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.

I have one room available, internet and power included, plus basics: not including personal effects, without furniture, although I might have a desk, available for you to use.

Room : good size double room $150 for one, or $185 for a couple per week. Two windows, all day sun (the sunniest room in the house!), built in double wardrobe.

The house:

Large garden with veggies growing, fruit trees and off street parking area. Covered outdoor seating area overlooking the garden.

Open plan kitchen with dining area. Shower over bath. Washing machine and line outside. Each room has an electric heater, and the house has a roof ventilation system.

Sorry no TV, but the internet is very fast and included in the price for the rooms.

One Cat

Pets could be negotiable, but MUST be ok with my cat. Pets Negotiable.

Myself 46, male Vegan, 1 cat. Happy go lucky and a bit sporting. Full time worker in Garden Centre. & another Male omni forties-ish, tidy, respectful and quiet fulltime worker.
