Dankse Mobiler sofa -or single bed. The other room is standard double with a double wardrobe. Miele appliances. 700m from the buses that go into town every 8 minutes. 15 minutes walk to train. Quiet. Has birds, ducks and Tui visits.

Seeking nice, friendly, mature professionals, tradies or student. Current Roomie into backgammon, art, gardening and jazz. Roomie #2 is quiet, private, clean and tidy. Couple #3 come in Saturday night at about 8pm and leave Sunday morning 6am to sell honey at the Avondale market. It’s not a party house but friends, and positive vibes are welcome. New flatmate would need to participate in cleaning (In shared bathroom, your own toilet, kitchen after use and vacuuming as part of the house weekly duties). Garden help (optional) is rewarded with free vegetables and flowers. Meals are prepared separately but the occasional shared meal would be appreciated. Expenses are included in the rent up to $30 per week. Includes unlimited internet, reasonable use of power and water.
