House has 4 bedrooms, currently 3 are occupied. The master bedroom up for rent has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom is on the top floor. The kitchen has modern amenities and is also large. Big living room with flat TV that leads out onto a deck overlooking Ellerslie/Mt Wellington. Garden out the back of the property, with space for a veggie garden.
Along with the bond, one week’s rent in advance is required. All expenses included in rent cost.

Currently, three adult students living at the property and one full time worker. Chill and friendly bunch, who are clean, and do not party. Do occasionally have flat board game nights but all-around, a quiet bunch. Open to students and working professionals to share the space with.
