Great location, 5 mins walk to bus and train in Manurewa. Dairy and bakery as well as 24hr laundry and takeaway across the road. Top floor room has a king single bed with trundler bed underneath for friends to stay now and then, drawers and mirror provided but can be taken out if you have your own furniture. Bottom floor has toilet with wash basin. Doubled glazed windows, off street parking.

I’m a mature woman and my youngest son lives with me he’s 18 and very quiet. We don’t smoke so no smokers and rarely drink. Room is the far left upstairs in the house photo.
