Great CBD location just off the Terrace, close to Vic Uni and central city, two mins walk. Nice outdoor area, with bbq etc. Room is furnished and a good size.

Flatmates are friendly and reliable. Good mix of people both working and students, broad age range. Suited to someone who enjoys the occasional shared meal, movies, board games etc and other activities (while respecting individual choices to join in or need alone time).
