Own bedroom available with or without furniture. Plenty of storage space. Internet and bins included. Electricity split evenly and food separate (but if you like how I burn my toast maybe we could do a bit of sharing). 4 bedroom house with two lounges, heat pump, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, carparking, quiet no exit road, close to bus, expressway, cycling routes and river. You would have the main bathroom with separate toilet (which is also available to visitors). Looking for someone quiet, males or females.

One male in his 50s who works at home 2 days a week. One 18 year old cat who likes company (and food).
