The property is located in Hamilton east and is walking distance from countdown and a quick 5 minute drive to the University. With one of the girls working full time, the flat is conveniently located 7 minutes away from the city.

The house itself is two-story with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the same on the bottom floor but also with a lounge and kitchen area. We have a small garden behind the house that has a large table and chairs, so perfect for studying outside. The downstairs room you could be renting, is located next door to another bedroom and a bathroom. The room is a comfortable size, that currently fits a queen bed, draws, desk and and a built in-wardrobe. THE ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED.

Hi, due to one of the flat mates having to move home for personal reasons we are looking for a sixth member to join our fun flat. We are a group of 20 year old female students. The various subjects we are studying are marketing, graphic design, sports rehabilitation and education, so if your studying any of these it would definitely be a bonus.

We are all pretty laid back and love both hanging out as a flat and having time to ourselves. While we enjoy social hangouts, we are not necessarily a party flat, though we do enjoy a cheeky night out in town every now and then. We are all tidy and respectful of community spaces like the lounge and kitchen.
