A room for rent!
A brand new stand alone 3 bedrooms apartment located near Sylvia Park.
15 minutes walk to Sylvia Park Train Station. There is a bus stop at the front of the house. 20 minutes drive to city centre. A very strategic location with Sylvia Park, Countdown, and State Highway 1 just around the corner.
We are the first tenants but Im moving out because of transferring office to Christchurch. Ensuite bedroom on the middle floor. There is an open area on the middle floor that can be set up as study area. The stand alone apartment layout has a lot of windows, hence room is warm because of sunlight all day long and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset everyday! Room is unfurnished but communal area is furnished. (Pictures are off from property agent, so furnishing is different).
Off street car park provided. Plenty of on street parking.
Rent is $295 per week. Utilities will be shared equally when the bills arrive. Bond of $994. Total move in cost: $1,289 Tenancy will be till 12 March 2022.
Ideal flatmate: tidy, clean, respectful, pays rent on time, no smoking. We would have to fill up the change in tenant form.
About the roomies
The current tenants are all working professionals in their mid 20’s. Its not a party house.
