Hey everyone! I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house in Awapuni. Clean and tidy family home, $200 a week rent and power and Internet is roughly $20 each a week extra (depending on what’s being used). I am a solo mum to a 2 year old boy Would prefer a female student/worker. House is fully furnished, just need to bring your bedroom furniture. Also have lots of garage space aswell of needed.
