Decent size front and rear yard that catches the sun and a nice little sunny deck for a cold drink on a hot evening ☺️ I’m smoke free, but vape/smoking okay outdoors. Rent includes all utilities too, and you can enjoy use of everything in the house.

Move in cost: one week in advance $200 + $200 security deposit = $400

Myself and my son. I have shared care of him. House has washer and dryer. Netflix, Neon, Amazon, PS4 & Vodafone TV too. I’m in my 30’s and a full time working professional. Am pretty chill and would prefer a like minded flatty but also would appreciate someone who keeps a tidy house like myself. I love sci-fis and binge watching a good Netflix series or enjoying the sunshine on a beautiful day. A flatty that is social on occasion would be cool but each to their own.

Couples welcome too but rent will be $220 a week to cover extra expenses. Power etc. ☺️
