Hey guys! Looking for a few flat mates to stay with my brother and I at our lovely house in Goodwood Heights - Manukau.

We are both in our mid 20s and working professionals. We do prefer someone around our age, but try you luck anyways!

We have x2 bedrooms available -

1st Bedroom is the bigger of the two. Double wardrobe, sunny, and has an awesome view. Furnished with a bed base and tall boy (will need a double mattress). Also have x1 off street carpark available. Cost for this Bedroom - $220 Including expenses.

2nd bedroom is smaller (around 3m x 3m) and also has a double wardrobe. Unfurnished. Plenty on street carparks. Cost for this Bedroom - $200 Including expenses.

Will be sharing a kitchen, and toilet/bathroom. Has a bright sunny deck with an amazing view from the living room.

Bond is 4 weeks rent.

Me and my brother are pretty chilled out, don’t mind bit of noise, enjoy a home made cooked meal, and don’t mind a few friends over every now and then.
