About the room
Our flatmate has relocated to Christchurch for work, so we are looking for someone awesome to join us!
About the house: The house is fully furnished (except for your bedroom) with a great backyard when it’s sunny. There is a carport outside and plenty of on street parking. We are 10-minute walk to Jackson Street and all the great bars and restaurants. Rent is to $220 per week and $30 per week for expenses.
About you: We are looking for a mature, easy going professional who likes dogs and the odd glass of beer/wine.

About us: Current flatmates both work fulltime and enjoy a wine/beer at the end of the day and the odd roast dinner or BBQ. There are also 2 small dogs, who enjoy treats and going for walks.
