A lovely, sunny bedroom that can fit a queen/king bed. Double wardrobe with plenty of shelving. A modern, 2 bedroom townhouse with all whiteware/furniture provided. The room currently has a queen size bed with a chiropractic mattress. You are welcome to provide your own bed and I can have this one removed. The house has two sunny courtyards, shared bathroom, but two toilets. Washing machine, condenser dryer, fridge, dishwasher. Rent includes unlimited internet, power, water, netflix and sky as well as all basics such as cleaning products, tea and coffee. On street parking is available. It is a quiet street where all the neighbours get along!

I am the female owner/occupier along with my wee dog. I am looking for a mature, working professional who must love dogs, is tidy, clean, respectful, easy to get along with and enjoys good banter and a glass of wine! I work full time Monday-Friday.
