Only 2 rooms will be occupied, the third will be guest room / extra. Big house with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and dining ing area and a sunroom (plan to set up home gym there). Offstreet parking.

Walking distance to the beach, cafes, salt pools and bus stop. Double glazing and heat pump. Amazing kitchen, backyard, shed for all the toys.

I would prefer to share with a professional single as there is only 1 bathroom but will consider couples. 250 per week + bills + 4 weeks bonds. You will have to apply with realestate agency directly and be approved by them.

If you have furniture, that would be awesome. If not, am happy to buy (but you will have to furnish your own room).

Sharing with 1 professional single (IT Project Manager, 39 y.o. female) and well behaved 3 y.o. Labrador. I will be commuting from Dunedin to Queenstown often (in winter - all weekends) as my base is there and I am in Dunedin for work.

I am into skiing, mountain biking, hiking, beginner surfer, love cooking, board games and a glass of red after work.
