Hey there!

I’m looking for someone to take over my bedroom in the next couple of weeks.

You’ll be living with three others - two girls and a guy in their late 20s / 30s (mix of Kiwis and Brits) in a centrally heated 4 story townhouse. All working yo-pros who live the 9-5 life, but are around for chats in the evenings.

The house

• GREAT location less than 5min walk to Lambton Quay an CBD
• Secure large garage
• Central heating
• Unlimited hot-water

The house is fully furnished! Just bring yourself. Can leave bed and shelves for free if you like.

Garage has internal access to the house and easily fits a standard vehicle + surfboards, camping gear etc.

Rent is $271 + $25 per week for expenses (incl. power, gas, internet, cleaning products, basic cooking products, rubbish bags etc).
