Hauraki Road

Hauraki is the suburb bordering Takapuna. Very sunny wooden house with sunny deck and 400m2 grass and trees with view of Takapuna. Have pet open range rabbit and boys 12 and 13 who stay Friday night to Sunday night.Unrestricted FREE net and with chorus fibre and free water. Have electric 4 hub stove with oven, newish fridge and washing machine, long clothesline. Room will take a queen sized bed plus a king single bed or alternatively a writing/TV stand desk and bedside table. Basically share rest of house. No bath, shower only. Bus stops and a Countdown and 20 other shops a 10 minute walk. Plenty of street parking outside the property. Prev flatmate has moved to start training to defend his world title in Japan. If AUT or University student $200 a week plus 1/2 power approx $60 a month.
