I am looking to rent out my upstairs master bedroom to a tidy, working professional. The house was renovated at the end of 2020. It is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhouse located 1-minute walk away from Remuera shops, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket, a couple of minutes walk away from public transport and a few minutes drive from the motorway. Parking is off-street.
This room has an ensuite. It is sunny and well-lit with one north-facing and one west-facing window. The room has its own heat pump. It is fully furnished with a queen bed and office desk. It has its own large built-in wardrobe.
