Hi there I have 1 room in welcomebay victory steert available for rent now $250 a week per person that’s all bills include no hidden cost,the only thing you have to buy is your own food Heaps of off street parking available right out the front of the house The house is fully furnished kitchen equipment/couches/washing machine/etc Room is NOT furnished so you will need your own bed and drawers etc 1 male early 30s and 1 male early 50s We both are pretty easy going sort of guys and layed back both work full time,and start early We both are clean and tidy and respectful too others and there space and pretty easy to get a long with No bond required (you break it ,you fix it)unless it’s wear and tear then I will fix it Smokers ok Pets…mabe If this sounds like a bit of you or have any questions feel free to send me message 👍
