Warm and spacious room in the heart of the city! Direct access to the bathroom and outdoor area, this room gets all day sun. The room comes with two bedside tables, a bed, a clothes rack, a desk, a small T.V for your use as well as a mirror. The house is has a built in vacuum system, central heating, and a heat pump. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, spa bath, and fantastic water pressure. The entire house is warm and dry, the property manager is responsive and responsible, and the location couldn’t be better. The flatmates are all on various schedules so the house is never overcrowded. Not a party flat however we do enjoy socialising with each other. 1-minute walk from Cuba Street, 3 minutes to a bus stop, 5-minute walk to Victoria Te Aro campus. The house has all necessary furnishings including; washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, etc. $400 for couples. Expenses are shared and range between $5-$10 per person, per week.
