Janine's room

We have 1 room available in our 4 bedroom house in Mt Roskill. The house is close to everything, the cafes/bars in Mt Eden village a short 5 min drive & feast the cheap eats on Dominion rd also 5 mins drive away, 15 mins to CBD, close to all main bus routes & easy motorway access. Supermarkets and other conviences within walking distance.

So ground/entry, there are 2 rooms. The room available, is a compact double with a large window looking into the deck area. This room can fit a double/queen bed, dresser, TV & wardrobe rack etc and can be furnished if required. The other room is being painted, and will be available once finished. The washing machine & dryer live down here & an extra fridge.

Upstairs are the other 2 rooms & the living spaces. Loft-style living. Then the bathroom -Bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Open plan kitchen/lounge lots of kitchen gadgets, dishwasher. The lounge - large android tv, Netflix, heat pump & another tv for the PS4, & our bedroom which is off the lounge.

Sunny outside deck area on ground level & a rooftop area a climb through the window for a birds eye view of the neighbourhood.

The room downstairs, suitable for single only $200pw.

This includes all bills, washing powder, toilet paper, cleaning sprays etc, you just pay for your own personal products and food.

1 week rent as bond & 1 week rent in advance 😊.

Currently there is us, a chilled out Kiwi couple in our late 30’s our pup Kush and our flatmate Alex (20). We all do our own thing, work and have our own lives, so not a party place at all, but we do have a drink occasionally and there can be some loud music & bad singing at times. We are pretty relaxed and down for whatever. Not into cleaning rosters, and house rules as such, just be respectful of each other, pay rent on time and no dramas.
