We have a small-medium size room available in our 3 bedroom flat.

We are a very chill flat and are looking for a like-minded, friendly, tidy and relaxed person. We are quite sociable and occasionally have couple drinks and hang out.

You will be sharing a bathroom and a toilet however there is an additional toilet downstairs at the back of the house to use as well.

The room comes with a queen sized bed - feel free to bring your own if you want to.

The house is close to all local amenities - supermarket just across the road, bus stop 1 min away and 5-10 min walk to mission bay beach and 15 mins to Orakei train station.

The house has a backyard and plenty of storage space.

We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Plenty of parking within the property.

Costs- *The Room is $200 +$20 for (Fibre -Wifi, Water and Power) = $220 p/w

*Move in cost 3 weeks rent in bond (600) + 1 week rent in advance.
