Current Flatmates: 3 Bedrooms downstairs is currently rented by a Mother and Son. Both full time working professionals. They are easy going and very friendly. 1 bedroom out of 4 bedrooms upstairs is currently taken by a elderly woman who enjoys travelling and is generally not home.

Below 3 rooms are available for rent

• Extra large room: $270 for a single person / $300 for couple. this is a big corner room which gets alot of sun

• Large room: $220 for a single person / $260 for couple. This room is in the middle for the 3 rooms

• Small room: $180 for a single person. This room is located closet to the bathroom.

Wifi and water is included in the costs.

The access to the top level of the house is separate to the bottom part. It has a separate entry and access to 2 massive decks, front and back.

Off street parking is also available for one car. However, there is plenty of street parking also available.

Blockhouse Bay shops and Lynn Mall is only 5 mins drive from the house.

Please note: I am currently in Australia for work, hence the Aussie number. However, there will be someone there to show you the property.
