Hi there,

We are after a couple to move in to a large (newly painted) room, at our place in Te Atatu South. I am 23 years old, and my fiance´ is 24 - we are both full time workers.

The room is available from any time after 7th of June and it comes equipped with ample built in storage for all of your belongings.

My partner and I are fully self-contained upstairs so you will only be sharing the space with one other single or couple. The downstairs includes a lounge/dining area, shower/bathroom, toilet and a self-contained cooking space all available for your use. The downstairs is freshly painted and contains a newly renovated cooking area/lounge. There is a backyard with lots of fruit/veges available and plenty of area for entertaining guests.

We own a small dog (Stormy) and often have my mums’ dog over too, so you must like dogs. However, since we are self-contained upstairs, you will ever only see them when we open the hallway door and they run to play outside.

There is a lot of parking in the right of way which is off street (first in first served for all neighbours) and plenty of on street parking as well. We currently have 3 tenants who all manage to park in the right of way.

Rent is $320 + expenses. Bond is two week’s rent and we require rent one week in advance.

Washing machine, fridge, cutlery, microwave, oven, plates etc are all provided.

Smoking is okay outside.

We are an easy going couple who love to stay active, busy and spin a yarn or two. We will be staying upstairs with our dog, so will have very little need to bother you (none of our amenities are shared with the downstairs tenants). No one else is staying in the downstairs area just yet.
