Rent is per week per person including expenses (reasonable use of power, internet, rubbish collection and lawns)
The house is a warm and quiet. All common spaces are fully furnished and room is unfurnished.Can be furnished upon request.
The room available is a double bedroom with big wardrobe.The bathroom is shared with one other and toiley is all yours.
Property is conveniently located walking distance to the Grace hospital (500m) and close to Tauranga Crossing shopping centre,greeton and windermere.The house has a sunny backyard, on and off-street parking and a heat pump.
We are looking for a female flatmate in 25-30 clean, respectful and friendly to join us.Also much be working full time as we work fulltime and study part time.its not a party house.
