ENORMOUS ROOM FOR RENT 💫 $340 (plus bills)
Looking for a couple or someone looking to have heaps of space to themselves to join our home in New Windsor.
The space is downstairs and has its own entry so it can be very private if that is what you are looking for, as you would have the whole level to yourself! Otherwise, welcome to use the main entrance and internal stairs. Kitchen and other living area upstairs. The house is also very big, with a huge deck and massive yard, perfect for summer living 🌞
The room is unfurnished and is big enough for couches and other furniture too (if you like), en-suite attached. There is also a ginormous double garage which you are welcome to use for storage.
Bills are split evenly between the 4/5 of us. Off and on street parking available.

About the roomies
You would be joining three girls in their mid twenties! We all work as health professionals so sometimes have funky work hours but are otherwise great flat mates. We enjoy socialising but also appreciate our own time and space.
