In need a couple of people to fill our two rooms in our current Dunedin flat! Ideally a couple who want both room, my partner and I used one as a bedroom and I used the other as storage and a study as it has a great desk!

• Rent is $130 a week with wifi included (is negotiable!)

• flat is fully furnished, all rooms have queen sized beds, this also includes all crockery and kitchenware

• it’s a 7 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs

• good sized garden and clothes line out back

• our two rooms get good sun all year and are a good size

• Landlords are the loveliest older couple, anytime anything is needed they will be round right away to fix/help ASAP!

• 3 heatpumps one in the lounge and the 2 downstairs bedrooms have one each

• Plenty of insulation, including under floor so when upstairs you don’t hear much from downstairs

• up to the Healthy Homes Standard with multiple smoke alarms, fire blankets and extinguishers

• nice dry flat with awesome flat mates lots of on street parking when schools out

• 20-30min walk to uni and town MAX

Everyone is super lovely!! There will be 4 boys and 1 girl and they’re all amazing I love them to bits! You can easily keep to yourself upstairs is very secluded and private never any issues trying to get into the bathroom! Or if you’re super friendly and love hanging out you’ll fit in perfectly as well!!
