Meander Drive

Situated in a well established part of Welcome Bay, this property offers a homely vibe with minimalist appeal. The living room is spacious with a large comfy couch and TV with netflix and neon. Kitchen is dated but still has all the necessities to suit anyone’s culinary desires. Bathroom has undergone a makeover and we like to keep it clean and tidy. The room up for board is the largest in the house and can include a queen bed if needed. It has a double wardrobe and sliding door to the back yard with a little deck. Sunlight loves to beam in in the afternoon and you can catch slivers of sunset past the fence. Over the fence is a primary school giving access to large fields, courts and playgrounds through a gate in the yard. Also, a brief walk down the road will lead to the beautiful Johnston reserve with scenic tracks that lead to the spacious Waipuna park. Very convenient for active people or those who enjoy the outdoors.

Flat is lived in by two 23yo guys (Haare and myself). I currently work as a plumber and Haare works as a wheel mechanic. We’re both kind, easy to get along with and respectful of others space, belongings, and wellbeing. And thats all we ask from anyone looking to move in. That respect extends to keeping a safe and tidy environment that we can share together and call home. The flat usually isn’t very busy and stays quiet most of the time. Still a great spot to have friends round with accommodating living room and backyard. We like to exercise and downstairs has a good area for body weight exercise. Also has boxing bag, gloves and yoga mat if that suits your fancy. And the reserve down the road is perfect for running. Evenings are relaxed with cooking dinners and settling down to shows and movies on the telly. Preferably we’d like someone close to our age but other than that, anyone could suit so if it feels right, give us a shout. I look forward to hearing from you.
