About the room
Sadly our flattie is leaving the country soon so we are looking for someone to be part of our home.
The room comes unfurnished unless you want to buy the existing bed. The rest of the house is furnished. It’s a warm and cozy room with a big closet in a 3 bedroom and 1,5 bathroom 3 stories town house located conveniently in Grey Lynn. (Westmoreland Street West) Farro and Countdown literally just 1 minute walk away. Very nice area with cafes and also very close to Grey Lynn Park and Cox’s Bay. #105 bus stop that takes you to CBD in 10 minutes also 1 minute away. There’s also plenty of free street parking available.
You will be joining the flat on a flatmate’s agreement with the head tenant (I’ve been living here almost 2 years already). The current fixed-term tenancy agreement runs until 20 August but we are looking to renew this once again with the landlord.
Available from 29th June (negotiable). Price is $270 + bills (normally around $25). 1 week rent in advance + 2 weeks bond required to move in.
