Norna Crescent

The property is a 5 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Kelburn. A 10 minute walk to Victoria University Kelburn campus, a 5 minute walk to the local shops and approximately a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. The room itself is easily the best room in the flat, it is quite large and can fit a double bed, desk, drawers, clothes hanger, couch and any other items you may have. I can leave behind a slightly old queen bed, desk and clothes hanger if desired (but can remove them if you have your own). It has a view overlooking Aro Valley, you can see all the way down to the harbor, and it gets plenty of morning sun. The house is fully furnished and has a large lounge with a heat pump. There are always plenty of car parks available on the street to park either a car or scooter.

The roommates are 4 boys in their early 20s, 3 of which are recent graduates turned young professionals. They are all easy to get along with and will make you feel welcome immediately. If you enjoy the occasional beverage on the weekend then you’ll be right at home. Generally we have done shared dinners for 5 out of 7 nights a week with one person cooking once a week, but if you don’t feel comfortable with that or have certain dietary requirements it is totally fine to not do flat meals. I myself have moved out to be closer to my family.
