Hiya future flatmate!
My names Andy. We have one room available. The room is furnished with a queen bed, mattress and panel heater. House is double glazed and common areas have heat pump heating. Entertainment room as 55inch smart OLED TV, home theatre system and a projector/screen. We’ve got Disney, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Freeview. Common area is fully furnished too. House has a ensuite (in master bedroom) and a separate bathroom and toilet (as in the pics). Best part of the house is the beautiful doggo I have. She’s a 4 year old GSD, super playful and friendly, loves cuddles and is an attention seeker. She’s mostly outdoors but only indoors when I’m with her.
