Hey team! We have just moved into our brand new 4 bedroom house in Pinehill (near Albany), and have 2 x double bedrooms to spare, hence on the hunt for two legends to join us. Both double rooms are similar sizes and can easily fit a queen bed plus a couple of drawers. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others. The house is a fresh modern new build, with total 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus all the bells and whistles, a modern large kitchen, central heating, double glazed windows, guest bathroom, large deck you name it! House is now furnished but you bring your own bedroom furniture. The house is a 2-minute drive to the Albany park and ride bus station, big bonus if you work in town. Also, it’s less than a 5 minute drive to the Albany malls. It’s the last house on a shared driveway so has plenty of privacy.

You will be sharing the house with two brothers 26 and 23, so someone in a similar age range would be great. We are both laid back, very tidy and social. Both work on our own businesses so end up having long hours during the week. Weekends are spent outdoors, or socializing over a few drinks, at the same time enjoy some down-time and are very respectful. So our ideal candidate would be someone who shares the same vibe and of course reliable to pay bills on time.
