Complete with built-in double wardrobe, the rooms are big enough for your bed and some furniture.

Rent for singles would be $200 plus expenses ($225 per week including rent which would cover water, WIFI, and reasonable use of power)

Rent for couple would be $380 including expenses and you would have 2 rooms in the house, we could agree to make one a spare room and I would eventually furnish it.

You must be working full time and be on time with all rent payments.

House is fully furnished (except the bedrooms) with everything you could need!
There are 2 sitting areas, a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and toilet, outside patio (outdoor furniture to come eventually) and brand new washing machine. I have my own bathroom so you would be sharing amongst yourselves.

Bond is $600 for singles and $1000 for a couple

House is brand new (first to live in it) and is located in a quiet street in the newest part of The Lakes. It’s about a 5min drive to the Crossing, 15 to town and 30 to the Mount. Parking is on the street.

There is a friendly cat in the house, but no other pets allowed sorry. Currently I am living alone, I am 29 and a full time teacher.

As the property is brand new, the owner wants all tenants on the lease. So please only contact me if you are looking for long term and can complete the application form without issues (this includes a credit check)

I am 29 years old and a teacher, usually home during the week and spend weekends with friends or hanging out at home. My cat, Kanye, is 7 months old and super friendly.
