Furnished room in central Queenstown. Room with single bed, bedside table and lamp, study desk and office chair, built in robes, views over town basin and Remarkables.

Full share of a fairly large 3 bedroom townhouse with only 1 other occupant (owner), just about everything needed available in kitchen and around the house.

Fibre connected internet and wifi router for unlimited internet usage.

Off street parking available and included if you got a car, but location is super convenient with easy walk to Fresh Choice supermarket, town centre & several bus stops to choose from.

This would best suit someone who needs a short/medium term stay with a mature mindset, who is working/studying and wants a quiet house to relax off duty.

Only myself living in the property, I’m Swedish/Australian, semi-retired and in my 50s, normally based in Australia but now here for a while as change of scenery and tidy up around property.

I’m a keen skier and have spent most of winter days out on the hills but now enjoying the warmer weather and some cycling, hiking and disc golf.

Looking for a roomie who is working or studying, is tidy & respectful, with no parties or sleepovers in the house.
