On bus route, a seven minute walk to UC and close to Bush Inn etc. No pets, no smoking. House has an equipped kitchen, laundry with new washer/dryer, sofa, table and chairs. This is a non-party house, would suit quiet students or professionals. One car park in garage and two parks within property on paving. House is alarmed and has security cameras installed for safety. One weeks rent in advance plus $500 bond, I am happy to do the garden but expect flatmates to keep their room and shared spaces clean and tidy. To be double jabbed by 31 October 2021.
