Looking for a new flatmate to join us in our awesome townhouse!
Our home is sunny and warm. Our new flatmate will enjoy the privacy of their own space with a walk through wardrobe/storage and ensuite bathroom on the ground floor with its own access.
With the bus stop across the road you will have easy access to the city and loads of local bars and restaurants to enjoy.
Power + internet cost is shared between us monthly (approx. $70 a month). Bond: 3 week rent.
