We have two rooms available downstairs but we may just lease out the big bedroom for the next 3 months before looking for someone to fill the single room. The room comes with a double bed, a dresser, mirror, and a built-in wardrobe - all the essentials so you can just move in straight away. You can have the downstairs area and a bathroom almost exclusively for yourself. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so very nice and quiet. Close to New World, schools and the nearest bus stop is less than 5 mins walk away. Couples are welcomed. Rent will be $315 for couple and $215 for single.

We are both professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We also have 2 kittens living with us - they are 5 months old. We’re looking for a respectful and tidy flatmate to join our lovely home. We enjoy cooking, traveling, and outdoor activities but we also love to chill out on the couch on the weekends, too.
