The property is located in Hoon Hay, Christchurch. Its a central location, with a 10min drive to both Riccarton and Hornby, and 12min to the city centre. There is a bus stop 150m away at the end of the street. The bedroom is a north facing double room, with a single built-in wardrobe. It is unfurnished and would be perfect for a double bed, but queen would be ok. The room will be freshly painted (pics above are showing the room before completion), and there is a heatpump in the lounge and ducted heating system throughout. House is all set up, all you need is your bedroom furniture and there is a garage that you may use if you need some extra storage. The property has a large section and deck, as well as some planter boxes if you are into growing your own veggies. One off street car park and plenty of on road parking. You must be ok with animals as there is a 5 year old labrador dog and 1 year old tabby cat. Because of this, sorry no extra pets.

I am currently living here solo as the owner/occupier. I’m a professional in my late 20’s (researcher) and am looking for some flatmates to share the house with. I’m not a huge party goer but do enjoy a good weekend every now and again! Ideally looking for someone tidy and respectful, and easy going. Even better if you enjoy animals and movies!
