The house is super warm and dry, with two large decks and and separate fenced front and back gardens. Very convenient to One Tree Hill, the Southern motorway, and Ellerslie train station. Room available is bedroom 2 on the floor plan. Both off-street and garage parking available.

We’re three gals in our early thirties looking for someone around the same age, who will fit in with us but still have their own life and interests. We’re into wine, cheese, Netflix and beach trips. We would welcome a small, housebroken dog, with the requirement from our landlord that the owner pays to have carpets professionally cleaned at end of their tenancy. There may be the option of a short-term tenancy, between six and nine months.
