The room is huge, and catches the sun all day (your houseplants will thrive). It has a large built in wardrobe, and beautiful features like a high ceiling, a decorative fireplace, and shelving. You’d have room for a large bed, drawers, sofa, desk and space to spare.

The flat has a super large kitchen and living areas, which open up onto a deck and garden. A fireplace, stained glass windows, hardwood floors and off-road parking for about 5 cars secured behind a fence and automated gate, and under house storage. Lawns are taken care of by our landlords, who are great.

We are 5mins from Kingsland shops, near the motorway and many public transport options.

We are three girls in their late 20’s and have a rescue cat (who is a complete freeloader, but makes up for it in cuddles). We all work full-time, but enjoy getting together after work or on the weekends to binge a Netflix series, play board games, or have a drink and are LGBTQIA+ friendly!
