Great views over the city and harbour and the room looks out over the green belt below Wadestown. Surprising amount of sun, owing to being on the 7th floor. Not earthquake prone. The apartment does contain amenities including washing machine, dryer, TV, dishwasher, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Walking distance to parliament and the botanical gardens and so many great things in Thorndon.

1 existing flatmate. Easy-going government worker/wri­ter plus child part-time. You will be sharing the apartment with me, and I have a four-year old son who stays at the apartment in my room half of the week. During the day I work full-time in the city and my hobbies are playing competitive scrabble, writing and indoor soccer.
