About the room
Large 2-storey home on the beachfront with stunning sea views. 4 bedrooms + spare room, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. We have multiple decks & a large back yard which goes down to the beach by a pathway next to the house. Beautiful sunset views. Plenty of storage available.
Room is a doubke size with Dbl wardrobe plus additional storage large in room storage. Room comfortably fits king size bed, drawers, bedside tables and a couch. Note photos make it look small but its actually 4.7m x 3.2m. You have your own private bathroom aswell bath/shower large vanity and 2x toilets to choose from to use. Room has direct access to the downstairs deck & back yard.
We also have a spare room as we occasionally have family & friends from out of town to stay. We have a range of working hours so often people home during the day and evenings.

Bedrooms is unfurnished. House is furnished but there’s room for other stuff if you have it.
While we love a few drinks & a good chat, this is definitely not a party house! We also have to respect that everyone works different hours and has different times of day to work or sleep.
Move in costs are 1 week rent in advance $280 and 4 weeks bond $960. Rent is paid weekly. Room availability may be open to flexibility for a slightly earlier move in date.

We are a mature household of chilled people who enjoy our own space and socializing a bit together. Between 30 and 45. Clean, tidy, respectful of each other and love a laugh.
