Need a clean and tidy occupant that pays rent on time. 5 minutes walk to queen st. 10/12 minutes walk to train station. 10/15 minutes to AUT.

I’m a student and worker.. I occasionally have friends over and I wouldn’t mind you bringing in people as long as they’re trustworthy. Itl just be myself in the other room, and you on your own.. I can consider couples but with a change in rent price.. honestly just looking for a chill/ trustworthy tenant.. I’m very outgoing so I don’t see a problem.. sadly my roommate/friend is leaving the country on the 12th of august, hence why I’m looking for someone else to join me :)
