We are looking for an individual to share with us our modern, comfortable, dry, fresh, clean, tidy, safe, secure, peaceful, quiet house surrounded by a garden in a nice and quiet location. We are offering a bedroom with two inbuilt wardrobes and your own bathroom. House has a double garage, sunny covered terrace, large lawn for entertainment, fireplace and heat pumps, garden and lemon tree. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge connected with kitchen and deck with BBQ and outdoor dining set. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and extra storage in the hall. Parking spaces on the driveway right next to the house. We are a professional couple (male and female) and two male flatmates - graphic designer and event manager, cabinetmaker and security system installer. Social but not a party house.
