I am looking for a flatmate, who is sociable but also respectful of other people’s privacy, with no dramas and will somehow contribute to the nice atmosphere in the house. This is a 3-bedroom home with 1 bathroom. The bedroom comes with a king sized bed and a wardrobe to store clothing. Couples are negotiable. No pets. Smoking is ok if only done outside.

Fully fenced property. Recently renovated, single garage, with a large deck. Great outdoor space for summertime, if you love growing your own veggies a planter box is available. Family gatherings are okay.

The location is superb. Very quiet and at the same time next to the on/off-ramp of the motorway (Papakura on/off-ramp), 16 mins walk to the Papakura train station, and the Papakura town, bus 5 mins walk and a 2min walk to the local dairy shop.

2 weeks bond plus one weeks in advanced is required before moving in. Rent $200 + $30 additional cost (power, fiber, water, toilet paper, cleaning products) if it is less than the monthly bills, excess will go into the pool for the following month. This amount maybe reduced later down the track.

Furnishings: Wifi (Fiber unlimited), Heat Pump in Dining/Lounge area, Fridge, Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Air Fryer, Dining Suite, Lounge Suite, TV on wall in Lounge area with chromecast and all cooking ware.

1 existing female 24 years old. Non smoker and non drinker. I am expecting my first child in September or at the end of August.
