I have recently bought an apartment in Northcote and am looking for 2x flatmates to join me! This is a brand new 3-bedroom ground level apartment, never been lived in before. 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom with an additional sink and toilet. Front patio with a small garden around the side and back of the apartment. Brand new Fisher and Paykel appliances, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also comes with a wall heater but as it is a new build it is well insulated and has double glazing.

Pictures are from pre moving in, but common areas will be furnished, although rooms will come unfurnished. Both rooms come with a built-in closet. Storage also available in the common areas of the flat, but as there is no garage not ideal if you have a lot of things that you need stored. Super secure with a security system to allow visitors into the building.

3 mins walk to the Northcote shopping centre, including Countdown and bus into the CBD. (I work in the CBD and takes 15mins at rush hour). Close to motorway, 5-10 minutes to Smales Farm, Takapuna and AUT. Off street parking only. Secure Bike/eScooter/eBike storage.
