We are looking for a couple or to live in the fully self-contained one-bedroom flat with its own access that is attached to our Mt Eden Villa. The unfurnished self-contained flat is situated under the home alongside the basement which has a pool table and bar which you are welcome to use! The flat has a living room, fully functioning kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a sizable double bedroom. Big outdoor garden, plenty of street parking, and only 5 minutes walk from Mt Eden Village and public transport into the city.

We are a group of 4 girls in our mid-20s who are all working professionals, super friendly, and easy to live and get along with! Would be great to find people we can socialse with but again seeing as this is a self-contained flat you will also have your privacy and if you want you can keep to yourselves
